Feeling ethereal on this beautiful summer Monday. I just love the movement of this skirt and plus its high waisted and gives me another opportunity to belt something. Looking at the post below, I've been having a sort of rocker moment so going a complete 180 to something uber-girlie is refreshing. This look reminds me of Carolina Herrera or Oscar. Off to NY for the Made In NY awards at Gracie Mansion!
