JNBY Hits the States

I'm always on the look out for new lines, especially international lines that make their way over to the States. International brands always have a unique edge to them...it's like being able to experience a new culture and their inspirations without actually having to travel there. That said, what country has more of a unique cultural history and influence than China, which is where my latest obsession hails.

JNBY (Just Naturally Be Yourself) is a Chinese label from Shanghai with over 500 stand alone stores throughout Asia, Europe, and Canada, and has now landed in the heart of New York City's Soho shopping district. The line is fresh, innovative, and everything that I want in my closet right now. Deconstructed and multi-purpose, the pieces have a fresh direction that really captures the creative street style way of dressing that has been so influential recently.

This top was my score from the store.. You can wear it a few different ways and it has a perfect slouchy shape, which I'm very into at the moment.

The store is currently at 93 Mercer Street but will be moving to 75 Greene St this May! The price point is contemporary so you can find tops and skirts for 200-300, but you may have to spend a little more for their amazing tailored outerwear or leather pieces.

xoxo,

SG
