Ungaro Dropped by Major Retailers

The whole industry has had some form of opinion about Lindsay Lohan's Creative Director status at Emanuel Ungaro.  The press ripped the Spring collection to shreds, leaving Ungaro himself to fend for the label's reputation.  He recently spoke out to the press saying the label is "in the process of losing its soul".

But ultimately no opinion is more important than the retailers who will decide the fate of the collection and they have spoken.  Neiman Marcus and Net-a-Porter, two of the biggest retailers on Ungaro's list, have allegedly dropped the house from their orders.  Grazia Australia just broke the news and it seems the fate of the label is even more in question than ever before.

The only good news?  Pasties will not be on trend for spring.. Phewww

Talk about one total fashion disaster created and one averted all in one season...
