WWJW?

Lately I've been wondering when Gossip Girl was going to re-vamp Little J's looks.  Lately she has been so grunge that I'm sick of looking at her look like she was dragged through Madison Ave under a pedi-cab.  On last night's GG, Jenny wants to shed her Queen Bee image and gets rid of her rocker chic clothes along with her beloved sewing machine.

So just what will Jenny wear next?  What tricks does costume stylist Eric Daman have up his sleeve?  Here are some suggestions to GG from SG inspired by the Spring '10 runways.

Urban Warrior: Jenny lashes out against the hierarchy system of Constance Billard school in full on Balenciaga.  I could totally see her rocking this hooded vest.

Bright Young Thing:  Jenny rejects an all black palette and injects color back into her wardrobe à la Proenza's young, hip, sporty chic.

Ms. Jennifer Humphrey:  Little J matures into Big J and adopts Celine's minimalist sophistication in order to fit in to her Upper East Side digs.  She still gets to keep her rocker leather, but ultimately is more polished.

Jenny looks to London:  After running into Sienna Miller at Cafe Gitane she decides to bring some of that Brit-It style from Twenty8Twelve to her Upper East side social circle.  Love the rocker Southern style and Jenny could take the overaccessorized style and sexy bralettes.

Sweet J:  Remember when we first met Little J and she had such a sweet innocence about her? Not only do I miss the days of seeing her look her actual age, but I really miss seeing headbands.  Cynthia Steffe's sweet, yet hip, Spring line would bring her back to her roots.

I'm open to other suggestions..

xoxo,

SG
