Sienna Miller glowed in green at tonight's MTV Movie Awards. She chose to wear her own design from the Fall '09 collection of Twenty8twelve. Check out the fashion evolution as I can't help but notice the similarity to Balmain's Spring 09 look.
Lauren Conrad chose a vampy and questionable Moschino Fall 09 ensemble.....minus the large flower
