The Return of the Chloe It-girl

The Chloe store opening on Melrose was a parade of some of the cutest outfits you've ever seen.  This is a great sign for the label who lost a little of its cult status once Phoebe Philo departed.  Now, Hannah MacGibbon holds the designer reigns and the fall collection offers a softer alternative to the more harsh 80's shoulders that we are seeing at Balmain and Marc.

There is something about a Chloe girl that is charmingly sexy without actually looking like she's tried too hard.  It is the epitome of laissez-fair, je ne sais quoi French dressing and from the looks of their Fall/Winter collection, girls will no doubt be pulling out their Paddington bags from the back of their closets.
