Tulle Time

Tulle top: Rodarte for Target, Vest: H&M, Belt: White House Black Market, Tulle Skirt: 213, Boots: Victoria's Secret

You can't go wrong lately with bucket loads of tulle. Just ask Tavi. She pretty much designed this top and her twitter name is TulleTulle.

Bows and transparency are super in right now and for Spring. This Rodarte for Target tulle top sat in my closet for a couple of weeks while I figured out the right way to wear it. It sort of is a funny color pink/purple so I feel like it is better with darker colors even though the fabric is feminine. I just love the way the light goes through tulle and you see a hint of skin without revealing all of it.

I broke up the all blackness of this look with a printed belt. It just adds a little funk and personal style to it. My favorite part about this look is that every piece (except the boots) is under $100.

Inspiration: Dior Spring '10
